Women's Ministry

Membership is open to any woman who indicates her desire to belong and to participate in the global mission of the church through the United Methodist Women. Ebenezer United Methodist Women can be a spiritual endeavor or possibly a union of fellowship and support.

The United Methodist Women (UMW) is a group that has been one of the strongest mission arms of the church throughout its history. As the name implies, this group is composed of women of the church whose primary purpose is to raise funds for missions, both local and global. In fulfilling this purpose at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, they also provide all the women of the church with the opportunity of working together, learning about missions.

United Methodist Women Ministry

This organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose Purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ.

This organized unit of women develops creative, supportive fellowship and expands the concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
